About Me

Maybe you’ve already read my faq, but my name is emily, but i prefer em and i’m from Ontario, Canada! I’m a runner and i bike aswell! At the moment i have a MGX Misfit Mongoose Mountain bike, which I’m in love with. I am a very health orientated person, so I plan on studying exercise science, physiotherapy, and massage therapy. From there I want to become a personal trainer with the background of all three. You’d be surprised on what I’ve been through, I’m not going into detail because I don’t like talking about it but I’ve been struggling with my physical and mental health for years with practically no support because I have trouble reaching out  and letting people in. Just another fun part of having anxiety problems! Anywayssss, I made this account to help support myself and occasionally reach out for help from my amazing followers. I have been doing yoga for about a year now, and highly recommend it to everyone! Also I occasionally get asked if I’m lesbian or bisexual and sorry, but I’m not! The female body is a beautiful thing, but I am completely straight (not at all bashing if you aren’t). Now about my weight,  it’s complicated but my lowest weight was 124lbs… I did not achieve this weight in a healthy way, but I obviously recovered. I pushed my self to eventually become overweight. Not mentally but physically, it was easier to gain weight because my metabolism was disordered. My highest weight was 157lbs. The numbers really scare me but I’m losing it the healthy way! Right now I’m 150lbs and 5.7”, by the end of the summer I plan to be 140 or lower. I do not expect to ever be 124 again nor do I want to be, I just want to be healthy. Also some random little facts about me, I have strawberry blonde hair, I love painting, running and yoga. I work as a cashier, I’m obsessed with tea, I love most kinds of music, and I adore long car rides. If there’s anything else you think I missed or would like to know feel free to message me!
